Rubicon provided a wide range of equipment for a semi-automated differential assembly line developed by Jendamark for a US-based automotive manufacturer.

For this showcase project, Rubicon part supplied components towards the manufacture of the entire production line, including operator tools and equipment, automated facilities – specifically the robot handling of parts between conveyor and machines – and the conveyor with workpiece carriers.

When finished, this mammoth project covered a layout size of 60m x 25m, and took 18 months to two years to complete.

Brands supplied included Rittal, Murr Elektronik, Sick, Lapp Kabel, Weidmüller, Harting, Werma, Euchner, Eaton, Troax, Captron, Pilz, Reiku, Pflitsch and OBO Bettermann to name but a few.
